Refund Policy — NullGravityVR At NullGravityVR, we are committed to delivering an exceptional and immersive virtual reality experience every time you visit. We understand that plans may change and that customer satisfaction is key, which is why we’ve developed a fair and transparent refund policy to protect your time and investment. Reservation & Booking Refunds Cancellations (24+ Hours in Advance): If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule without penalty. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking may be partially refunded (up to 50%) or rescheduled at our discretion, depending on availability and staffing. No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled session without any prior notice are not eligible for a refund. Experience Quality Assurance Technical Interruptions: If your session is significantly disrupted (e.g., hardware malfunction or software issues lasting more than 15 minutes), you may be offered a partial refund or a free rebooking. Guest Experience Concerns: If you’re not satisfied with your experience due to a specific issue (e.g., equipment failure, service quality), please report it to our staff immediately on-site. We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide an alternative session. Group & Party Bookings For group events and parties (5+ guests), cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a 20% cancellation fee. Deposits for large events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with prior arrangement.
